The extranet system is provided as part of the website for use by customers of the CBS Group. The customers can request visits by CBS Group service personnel online, monitor the scheduling of these visits and review the visit reports of the service engineers. The data contained in this extranet system is linked directly to a back office administrative system in the CBS Group Head Office.
